Deposits & Cancellations

A 50% deposit is due upon booking your trip.  A full refund will be given prior to 30 days before the booked date, less a 100-dollar processing fee.  Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled trip will forfeit the deposit.  Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled trip will require full payment.   

 

We understand things happen unexpectedly so, cancellations for illness and family emergencies are flexible and will be refunded at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
