RIIS OUTFITTERS is a local outfitting company in southwest Montana. Based in Ennis, Montana, we spend our days floating and fly fishing the many rivers around southwest Montana in pursuit of wild trout. We offer Guided Fly Fishing Trips on the Madison River along with Yellowstone River, Missouri River, Jefferson River, and a few other local rivers and lakes. Rainbow trout, brown trout, and cutthroat trout are our target species. Let us give you a fun full day of fishing! We are always looking for that opportunity to fish dry flies. There is nothing better than to see a fish break the surface of the water and inhale your dry fly! We love the sport of fishing and we love spending time with new friends on the rivers. There are also lots of other fishing opportunities in Montana we would love to share with you. Come with us to learn to fly fish, use spin and conventional tackle, and even ice fishing rods. We welcome all anglers of all skill levels and are a kid and pet-friendly guide service.
I'm Dylan Riis. I grew up fishing around Belgrade, MT as a kid with a spin rod and panther martins on the local rivers. At 12 years old I was given a fly rod as a gift and the chase for rising trout was on! I love taking anglers of all skill levels out for a day on the river because when you are in Montana, there is no better way to spend a day than on the river or lake! I love guiding and fishing the local rivers around Ennis. Each day is a new challenge and with so many options to fish, You always wonder where you might find that next big one! My wife, two daughters, dogs, and I live in Ennis, MT. We spend our time fishing the Madison River and exploring everything Montana has to offer.
